The following are examples & not an exhaustive list of what we offer.
All of our menu options rotate seasonally based on what is growing on The FARM. Your menu items are harvested within days of your event, guaranteeing fresh & flavorful dishes.
Soon after booking, we ask all of our clients to complete a catering preference questionnaire and will use this information for your personalized event menu. This allows you to share with us your preferences regarding service style (i.e. buffet vs. seated meal) and the general type of food that you prefer (i.e. BBQ vs. Pasta). We encourage our clients to think of this as a mood-board process. These decisions can be changed as we approach your event date. However, your style decisions help us to secure the right chef for your event. We have a rolodex of local chefs to choose from, but they all have specialties.
You will begin finalizing your personalized menu about 60-days out from your event with your final decisions due at 14-days before.
